About Us

Karate Adapted for All Creative Learning is an online program that provides instructors and facilities with monthly lesson planning. Using creative, adaptive, and engaging workouts.

With a combination of over 60 years of experience at Allen's American Martial Arts est. since 2004. Family owned instructors have conquered and established what works with teaching at many different levels such as dojo, elementary & high schools, day cares, after school programs, camps, self-defense and combat, and special needs students. Sensei Ra’chelle has found a love of creating lesson's that will engage students of all ages while focusing on life skills.

With her experience of over 25 years, she has taught different ages from 3 years to adult; during her martial arts career she created the program Special Ninjas Therapeutic Martial Arts which is based off of the special needs community. Sensei Rachelle wanted to share her innovative ideas to the world by providing you with creative workout lessons and videos involving obstacles and drills, to keep your child, students, or clients engaged. With the Karate Adapted for All Creative Learning program, any and all are able to participate.

She has also opened her mind to all dojos, schools, and therapeutic facilities, to have the opportunity to provide the Special Ninjas Therapeutic Martial Arts program and offer a one-of-a-kind program to include the special needs communities around the world.
